5 days tour from Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah - Dades Saghro mountain and Draa Valley to Chagaga desert
Day 1: Marrakech - Ouarzazate - Valley Of Roses - Dades
Transfer (reception and assistance). leaving Marrakech taking the road for Ouarzazate via the Tizi N-Tichka high mountain pass. We will see varied landscapes, pass through many small villages and terraced fields and eventually leave the main road for the track into the Ounila Valley. This fertile valley hides some wonderful secrets. We will make a stop to visit the Kasbah Telouet, former residence of the Pasha Glaoui. Many years of artisan craftsmanship went into this building, and even though some parts are in complete ruin, there are still other parts complete and quite beautiful. After Talouet we visit another exceptional Kasbah, best known for its use in many movies like The Gladiator. Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, still inhabited by a few Berber families is a fortified ksar and well worth discovering.We will continue on to Ouarzazate, the Hollywood of Morocco, and from there we take the route of a thousand kasbahs to Kelaat M'gouna (Valley of Roses) than Dades valley. Overnight at Hotel in dades .
Day 2: Dades - N'kob-Zagora ( via Saghro Mountain)
Another day and lots more to visit, in order to that, we will leave the Dades gorges to cross the Saghro Mountains to the Draa Valley, through N'kob Oasis with amazing barns and kasbahs and keep on by an off-road track to Zagora. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3: Zagora - Erg Chegaga
We will leave Zagora and we will continue south to the Sahara Desert by the former Paris-Dakar rally route. stopping at the foot of the highest dune Erg Chegaga, in order to Enjoy the silence of the desert, and the beauty of nature. Watch the sunset. The night will be spent in a private camp tent.
Day 4: Erg Chegaga - Marrakech
After breakfast, we will leave the Chegaga desert in the direction of the oasis of Foum Zguid and Imiouasif, passing very lovely villages in Jbel Zourk and oasis and desert landscapes on the route towards Taznakht through the pass at Tizi n Timlane. Our way back to Marrakech takes us back over the high pass at Tizi N-Tichka. Overnight in a hotel or riad.
Day 5: Marrakech
Departure and transfer to the airport. here our services will be ended.
